My terms of service for commissions and character designs.

Commissions

REFUSALS: I have the right to refuse any commission request with or without explanation.REQUIREMENTS You must credit me for the art if posted online or used by mentioning my username or linking my profile. Please also make sure to link my Toyhouse if posted on the said platform for the organization.PAYMENT: Must be sent before any work is started unless I state otherwise, it will be made either through Paypal via** Friends and Family** or through ko-fi.REFUNDS: Not allowed unless the work has not been started/the sketch has been sent.
Emergency commissions will not be refunded. I'll not refund in the circumstances like: missing infos, the oc who I need to draw gets traded without telling me, lack of response from the customer part (especially complaining after about time, I'll always ask for approval) or general unfair situations.DEADLINES: I can take as much time as I need to unless a deadline is agreed upon; please allow at least two weeks if setting a deadline.
