Commissions

REFUSALS: I have the right to refuse any commission request with or without explanation.REQUIREMENTS You must credit me for the art if posted online or used by mentioning my username or linking my profile. Please also make sure to link my Toyhouse if posted on the said platform for the organization.PAYMENT: Must be sent before any work is started unless I state otherwise, it will be made either through Paypal via** Friends and Family** or through ko-fi.REFUNDS: Not allowed unless the work has not been started/the sketch has been sent.
Emergency commissions will not be refunded. I'll not refund in the circumstances like: missing infos, the oc who I need to draw gets traded without telling me, lack of response from the customer part (especially complaining after about time, I'll always ask for approval) or general unfair situations.DEADLINES: I can take as much time as I need to unless a deadline is agreed upon; please allow at least two weeks if setting a deadline. I take a lot of time, even months due to health issues, so please be patient.USAGE: The commission may not be used for commercial profit and cannot be edited or altered in any way.COPYRIGHTS: All artworks I make are still usable to me for any reason; I own full copyright to my art.AGREEMENT: By paying for the commission, you automatically agree to these terms of service.MISCELLANIOUS: you have acknowledged that you are receiving only a digital copy of the art; no physical items will be mailed. i do not consent to any of my art or anything associated with my art or myself to be used or sold in any way as nfts.These terms of service are subject to change at any time and it is the responsibility of the buyer to read, agree to, and follow them.
